This may be the same as what I have just posted... I set the CSS mentioned, but nothing seems to have changed 🙁

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page, one by one click on "Delete User Cache" and "Delete All Caches" buttons. If you have installed some cache plugins delete those plugins caches as well and press CTRL+F5(twice) on the frontend before checking.
