When a new user register in my forum, a mail in send.
But since 2 days paople receive le mail like that :

Why this is in this form ? With many <p> ?

Have you edited your email templates recently?
It seems you put the HTML of email templates in the rich editor. Please leave a screenshot of "New User Registration Email for user" email templates in Forums > Settings > Emails admin page:
And, please let me know, do you have any plugin which may affect the user registration process?

No i don't edited, i just "off" then "on" the email to see what happened... :/
I don't think, it worked really well before and i don't installed a new plugin...

Again, please go to Forums > Settings > Emails admin page, make sure these three options are enabled and register a new test user one more time:
- Overwrite WordPress New User Registration Email for Admins
- Overwrite WordPress New User Registration Email for Users
- Overwrite WordPress Reset Password Emails
Then disable the three options and register a new test user again. If you still have the same problem, just send admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us debug your problem and fix it.
It's ok, i off the mail validation : like that they don't receive bad mails and it's ok.
