There's a guest that constantly posts the same nonsensical/semi-spammy things on my forum. 

Any option on how to deal with it other than deleting his posts time and time again?

If he was a registered user I would've banned/deleted him a long time ago, but as it stands I can't do that...or can I? Perhaps there's a way to ban certain keywords?
