Hi!

When a user wrote a certain number of messages, his status changed, but all messages (topics and comments) of this user became unapproved. I had to approve each message separately for a new one.

How to fix it? Thanks!

Hi @dimbays,

There is no such bug. These two features doesn't have any relation to each-other. It seems the New registered user status level matches to the user reputation (status) level (e.g. 5 posts) and you think this is reputation (status) changing issue.

You should know that wpForo does a hard control new registered users till the X posts. In most cases their posts become unapproved until the new user doesn't pass the New User level. This level is set in Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam > New Registered User Section.

Please note, even if all posts of X user are approved but the user is still New Registered User, all approved posts of this user become unapproved once the next post of this user is set unapproved. This is the real relation, not the user status. The status maybe changed with new post, but this has no relation to setting all posts unapproved. They maybe happen in same time if the user status level match to the New User level or in other cases.

@robert Did not quite understand how then it is necessary to install in the settings so that the problem does not arise? I apologize if I ask a trivial question=)

This is not a problem. This is wpForo Antispam working logic. Even if all posts of X user are approved but the user is still New Registered User, all approved posts of this user become unapproved again once the next post of this user is set unapproved. Once this user got more posts than it's set in "New user Level" option, his/shes posts will not be re-set as unapproved. You can decrease this level to 1 posts in Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam > New Registered User Section.
