On my wpForo, only the administrator can :
-> quote a message
-> edit his message
In the settings, it is possible to edit until 5 minutes.
When a member try to edit, nothing hapen
This problem is know ?

This is Forum Access configuration problem. There are four permissions for topic and post editing actions, please make sure all are disabled:
- Can edit Topic (disabled for Standard access)
- Can edit Reply (disabled for Standard access)
- Can edit own Topic
- Can edit own Reply
Once you've disabled and saved all permissions for Standard access (Registered Usergroup), please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard and click on [Delete all caches] button.

Strangely, I can not disabled "Can edit topic" for Standard Access.
Anyway, "Can edit own reply" is disabled. It is not enough ?
To precise : when a member has posted an answer in a topic, he can see "EDIT" , "QUOTE" , "DELETE" button in his message.
But nothing happen when he click on these buttons.
When he wants to QUOTE a message, all the homepage apprears in the message...
(everything function correctly for the Admin)

Please open a new support topic and provide more information about your issue. This is an old topic and the problem cannot be exactly the same, lot's of things are changed and fixed in core of current wpForo version.
