I was wondering, like in Slack where you can use @channel to send a message to everyone in the forum, is that possible with this plugin too? Thanks

wpForo doesn't have this feature, but you can use a Wordpress plugin for this (search for Mass Email)
or leave a message via the admin note at the top of the forum
Dashboard > wpForo > Tools > Admin Note tab
You can also use the addon > wpForo Private Messages

@tutrix so I bought the PrivateMessages plugin for my client's community. Is there a way for the selection of user groups (bulk messaging) to only be available for the admin or moderators of the group? I find it unnecessary for every member to have that capability.

- Max number of personal messages per user during one day
