I would like to add question templates for users to choose , can I do this? It is grey and it does not look like nice.

You can edit the user from the Dashboard, scroll down to the "Forum Profile Fields – wpForo" section.
At the bottom of that section, you'll find the "User Reputation" option. Set it to "Custom Rating" and select the desired reputation level.

I would like to automate a notification to a person after 1 week or after 1 month he/she receives notification.
Or another thing I worry about notification: Can user change frequency of notification? If so where and how?

I have a standart gamification points and levels. Can I add new levels new points?
For example: If person logins everyday, receives 1 point. Or if person answered 100 questions, receive additional badge etc.
I mean more customization for gamification settings.
