I have a user who has written just the title of a forum Q&A topic and posted it without any body content, or he may have posted the topic with content but later deleted the content body as it appears they made a duplicate post.
My problem is that I see the topic title on my forum home page, but when I follow the link, I see nothing apart from breadcrumbs and forum statistics. I appear to have no way of deleting this topic.

Can anyone advise me on how to delete this please? I have already deleted all caches etc.

I'd recommend use Hosting cPanel > phpMyAdmin Database Manager, open website database, find wp_wpforo_topics table, search for the title and remove it.
Probably not related but press F12 while browsing and see your console. There are some errors (syntax errors, illegal characters).
Thanks Massimod, I had a look but it appears to be related to google analytics as usual.
