Hi,
I run a small website and I have just installed wpForo. I looged out of it and implicitly from my admin for the entire site. Now i cannot login neither with my credentials nor with any of the other members. We keep getting to verify "our humanity" after we put in the login name and password then back to the same login screen....
Anyone could help?

it seems you use some CAPTCHA plugin. Which tries to work with wpForo login form. That plugin is incompatible with wpForo. Please disable that plugin or use other login forms. Navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Members admin page and set custom login page URL. You should not use wpForo login form with your CAPTCH plugin. If you don't have other login pages you can set it default WordPress login page URL wp-login.php
Also please check the wpForo registration form, it may have the same conflict with your CAPTCHA plugin. You may need to set custom Register page URL as well. You should use wp-login.php?action=register
