Hi, I am new to this plugin and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've tried following the 5 points under the FAQ section but none of them seems to work.

I have created a category first, but it didn't show under the Forums tab from my dashboard. Then I've tried creating a forum hoping the category would show up but it doesn't even appear on the Parent Forum drop down list.

I was only able to show the forum counts under the statistics because I've manually tweaked the SQL table as shown in the screenshot.
