There is one category with all the subcategories that is not visible to the admin, not even in the administration,
but is visible to the users, how is that possible ?
Please edit the category and each forum and make sure the “Forum Permissions” section is configured correctly.

Just click on the [pencil] icon-button located on the right side of the current category/forum panel in Dashboard > Forums > Forums admin page.
Find the “Forum Permissions” section and make sure the correct Forum access is set to the Admin usergroup.

i cant see the category in the administration
We think that the forum actually doesn't exist, probably it's somehow deleted and the users see forum because of the cache.
Please delete the following folder /wp-content/uploads/wpforo/cache/ and check again. If it's still visible for other members send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us to check it.

My mistake, is not fixed,
is visible only to one category of members
Then send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address. I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.
You should install the SQL Executioner plugin to allow us to see what's going wrong with the current category.
