the issue is fixed by our developers now you can see and manage the forum from the Dashboard. However, It's still not visible for admins from the frontend until you don't change the access for admin.

what was the problem ?
You've done wrong configurations. You'd set "No Access" for the "Admin" usergroup, so you didn't see the category with the forums. We change the codes and now even if you set No Access for Admins the forums and categories will still be visible from Dashboard.
