As an admin, is it possible to see (email) subscriptions for all users, and for a specific user?

I need to check if users have ticked "Subscribe to all new topics and posts" under "Subscription Manager".

Dear @mrjohncrumpton,

Once you visit (as admin) the "Subscriptions" tab of each user, you'll find the user's subscriptions listed there.
