I created a Chinese language post in my forum. The link was working. But right now I can not open the link. I added image.

I think that's why does not work. But all posts are working well. Also, I can not delete this post. Because I can not enter the post page. I can not see post from WordPress admin panel. What should I do? I need help urgently.

If the letters are not Latin, the URL encoding changes and replaces them with encoded variants.
