Pravidla sekce (Rules of the section) still be Sticky and Closed.
But how to know its sticky or closed? Need to mark via idk border or icon, you know what i mean.

Sure, we'll add such icons for Simplified and QA Layouts in near releases.
As per editor buttons, we've made lots of changes in Beta-4. You'll be able to insert Images and see the HTML source in next version.
