I finally fixed my forum problem, but that's not the point.
I would like to change the color of the forum (blue by default) but I change from blue to dark or gray, the forum remains blue. I also tried to change each color without success. Is this an error related to my site, or a problem with the forum?

Don't change each color. Just care about your cache. Please choose the style you want, then save it, then delete all caches and do Ctrl+F5 twice in forum page to re-write the new colors in dynamic CSS file.
Oh god... It's too hard for me to understand. I'm very sorry, but i don't know how i delete the caches. Can you explain with more details ? :'(
Just set the preferred color set (style) in wpForo settings. And do Ctrl+F5 on forum page twice.
If you have a cache plugin installed you will find delete cache button in that plugin admin pages, if not just ignore the cache part.
