I changed my forum permalink to /forum instead of /community (using settings > general), however the /community page is still active on my site. I'm a bit unsure if this will affect page rankings and etc, is there a way to disable the /community url?

Probably a page named Community exists with the shortcode.

Did you renamed the page (and the permalink of the page)?

@anonymous20

Yes you were correct, I found out that the page that wpforo created was the /community and I at some point must have made the /forum one.

The only problem I have now is that if I delete the /forum one and rename the /community one to /forum, will this basically destroy the "SEO Score" of /forum as I essentially deleted that page.... Or does it not really matter?

And in regards to the jquery errors is that something I should fix ASAP? I'm not 100% sure how serious it is and how to fix it

@zeeshan333,

You should use the old forum base url to keep the SEO, just edit the Base URL in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > General tab and insert the /community/ if you want to keep all indexed result in Google, otherwise you should wait for about one month to index all your forum again.

Yes, all SEO is lost.

And yes jquery errors mean that something doesn't work right. Fix it or not, is your decision.
