Is there a way to limit posts / topics per minute? Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that users unintentionally create the same topic twice.

Hi @dangquan091,
wpForo already has such a feature. Started from wpForo 1.6.0 version it doesn't allow frequent posting. For admins and regular users, it’s 5 seconds. Newly registered users it’s 10 seconds.
