Thank you so much for the suggestions.  The css you provided did indeed fix the title floating problem.  I am very pleased with it.  Thank you for helping.

I will wait and see what the other club members think, I may take your suggestion and go with a black and blue panel like we are using for the menu system.  The rainbow colors are part of our theme customization, our flag has a logo on a rainbow background so we are trying to keep that same theme for the site headers.

I made some changes to the style now, with the black and blue panels and took away the rainbow colors.  I think your suggestions were valid, the black and blue is acceptable...thank you for suggesting change.
