The SQL works, but it doesn't solve the problem.

@dhendricks,

Please provide cPanel access, so we could check.

@dhendricks,

You have sent us Admin Access to access your dashboard, but we need cPanel access to enter your Server/DB, and Execute the SQL.

@chris I cannot give you database access. It's not a cPanel server. I executed the SQL that you previously gave me.

@dhendricks,

We need access to your DB to fix the problem, we cannot do anything without DB access, maybe you could enable PhpMyAdmin Access. Now we get 403 Forbidden error when trying to enter with PhpMyAdmin plugin.

@chris We don't use PhpMyAdmin. Can you tell me what needs to be changed in the database?

I added you as a team member to the application on the server. You should have received an activation link by email. You should be able to access the DB manager through the console.

@dhendricks,

The problem has been fixed, our Dev has written SQL's to correct the crushed Tables.

Thank you. I will need to apply the same fix to the live site. Can you provide the SQL? If not, I can give you access to the live site.

@dhendricks,

You said that it was the clone of your live site, you can export and then import wpforo_profiles table from the DB. That particular table was corrupted, and the Dev has executed many SQL's to fix the problem. It was not an easy task for the Dev.
