Hello, I make a site on Russian language and my site now have a mix of latin and Cyrillic symbols
like that: domain.ru/..ot-treh-i-starshe/какой-солнцезащитный-крем-для-детей/#post-117/
I try to used 3rd party plugins for that like popular Cyr to Lat but it's not working. Any ideas?

Please confirm that you're using the following plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/cyr2lat/
If yes, there shouldn't be such an issue. We've just tested and don't faced with such an issue. Everything is working fine.
If the Cyr-To-Lat plugin is enabled the topic slug is being changed to Latin characters. But it doesn't affect the already existing topics.
hmm, yes, is works, but only works with newly created posts, old keeps Cyrillic symbols yet
