See error, it says --duplicated topic 12-- find all rows with "type" = topic and "itemid" = 12

Leave the screenshot and I'll say which row should be deleted.

Ok, deleting that row, allowed me to run the update script with success.

Now, i have updated other 2 sites but i have no idea if the error occured or not. How can i check if everything is ok ?

There should not be such error. The error is one time error on installation process. But this time it missed one unique key so I asked you to recreate it.
