Hello,

I am looking for the definition of the groups for new users after register process. It seems that they are "registered" users after the process, but I want them to be in another group. I could not find this setting at all. Is there any possibility?

Kind regards,
M.

Thank you blindzero,

This is a good idea, there is no way at the moment, we'll add it in near future to-do list.

Yes.  This would be a very helpful feature.

A work around ( depending on the existing size of your group):

Create a new user group and duplicate "Registered" group privileges.  Then after that new group exists, move your existing users to the new user group.  Then go back to the "Registered" Group and change the privileges to reflect what you would like for newly signed up members to have.  I retitled the Registered group to make it less confusing.

This worked for me, because I'm in the process of building and the effort to change existing users was not onerous.  a much better solution would be to be able to designate the default usergroup for new members, as you suggested.
