Hey everyone, is it possible to deactivate the private topic button/ make it disappear?

Since i want a completely open discussion and forum, i dont need that option. Unfortunately i cant find it anywhere..

Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses > Access name > Can set topic private
