Two questions please about your great plugin:
1) I have a topic that is getting most hits and I want to elevate it to a full new forum under an existing category. How do I do that so that all the content is migrated to that forum.
2) can we do better integration between forum profile and WP profile, so that info on one shows up on the other?

You can use Move Topic tool. Open the topic and click on Tool button, then use the Move Topic tab:

What do you mean saying "WP profile"? WordPress doesn't have profile system on front. Do you use some plugin for this? wpForo Profile is well integrated with WordPress user system.
