Hello there,

I go under Forums > Settings > Emails > and scroll down to

New User Registration Email for user

Username: [user_login]

To set your password, visit the following address:

[set_password_url]

This is exactly the template I get emailed as I create a new account, so for sure it's the format of WPFORO, the problem is thou, when I change this , emails sent out still come as it is above , the changes I saved do not take any affect , cleared cache and all , I don't know what's going on.

Hi @moenagy,

We don't find such an issue on our test websites. Please leave the screenshots of the "New User Registration Email for user" section and your forum URL to allow us to check it.
