When i click an form will be open a UPLOAD Window

Thats nit woked 🙁

This issue comes from your website, it has some JS function working on forms and form fields. I see non-wpForo animations and actions. I'd recommend deactivate all plugins, delete cache and test it again, then activate one by one and find the conflict maker plugin. This also may be WordPress team addon.
