You mean your DEBUG.LOG is empty or doesn't exist or what ?

Disable and re-enable wpForo.

Then forget the wpForo for a while.

This step is to see if you have any other problems. Also you don't say anything about  your WP installation. Is it new, old, working, empty, what PHP version you use ?
