I thought I have change phrases (see attached) but it does not seem to have effects on my forum:

Please make sure there is not the same phrase in phrase system. Also please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click on [Delete Phrase caches] and [Delete All Caches] buttons.
