Hi @qdtester,
This is not wpForo error. It seems you have some plugin which adds some function in text editors and that function cannot be initiated on wpForo admin pages. Please disable other plugins one by one and find the problem maker.

@qdtester, this topic is moved to How-to and Troubleshooting forum.
Also, I'd recommend install the Classic Editor, it maybe an issue with that.
