I have a problem with font-awesome icons.

My website displays just blank squares, but after I deactivate "3w total cache" plugin, website still displays
squares, but the only difference now is, that the problem disappears after i reload the website.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Thank you!

Hi @marek1987,

Please try to exclude the base forum path  (e.g. /community*) and check again.

Here is information on how to exclude it:

https://www.webnots.com/exclude-pages-and-directories-from-caching-in-w3-total-cache/

Also, please note: wpForo Font Awesome lib is updated to version 5. If your theme doesn't have v5 and you've disabled wpForo Font Awesome lib, please enable it back in Settings > Features admin page. If you've changed forum icons, member fields, and reputation icons, please edit and insert new values using Font Awesome 5 new classes.

But is there a possibility that they didn't appear before, that they didn`t appear before because my website loading speed was too slow.  The thing is now, when i reduced website response time and so on, everything is fine?

Hi @marek1987,

I'm sorry, but I can't say anything without checking the problem. I think this kind of problem may be caused by website loading speed.
