Forum Information Bottom Bar - icons are formatted extremely large!! (one page only!)

In one specific topic, which now has 4 pages of posts, on the last page only, at the bottom, in the "Forum Information" bar the icons for the various statistics are formatted extremely large. Like full width of the page. And only on this topic and only on the last (4th) page. Very curious. I have made no recent changes and this doesn't act like any kind of hack in my site.

Has anyone seen this before? What could cause just the icons to be so enlarged? And only on this one page?

One of the posts on the page contains incorrect HTML formatting. There may be some unclosed tags or, conversely, end tags without corresponding opening tags.
