Is there a way to let wordpress search look into the forum, and thus give posts + pages + discussions resultats ?

There is no way, wpForo topics and posts are not custom post types, WP only search in posts, pages and in custom post types.
wpForo has own Forum Search widget in Appearance > Widgets admin page.
A widget that could collect the results from both wordpress and your forum could be great for total integration (especially with Q & A capabilities).
