Thank you! I confirm the problem came back. I checked my forum in different modes and buttons did not appear.
This problem kills my site traffic 🙁 People cannot access to other pages again.

This is major! Forums where you can't access anything beyond the first page! Please advise soon, this sort of thing could kill a forum!
I think this is other cache plugin issue. We've tested on dozens of website and can't find such problem. Please leave a list of plugins you currently use.
For the problem, please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click on the [Delete all caches] button. Then make sure you don;t have other cache plugins enabled for forum page. You should exclude forum page in all cache plugin settings.
If you still see the issue, try to disable the Object Cache in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features Tab.
@robert, the problem was gone after 1.5.0 update and came back after 1.5.1.
I use Comet Cache. The forum page in Exclusion URI. I tried to disable all caches (cache plugin and wpForo caches) and nothing happened.

@robert, the problem was gone after 1.5.0 update and came back after 1.5.1.
This is 100% incorrect. 1.5.0 and 1.5.1 has no any difference here.
Something is going on on update process. Some cache is being deleted when you change wpForo version, when you update it or re-install. And this cache comes from non-wpForo scripts or from hosting server built-in caches.
