Any idea why I keep seeing this? The page is not named "Delete" and I have tried several pages and keep getting this error.

Thank you for using wpForo and for contacting us!

The "Delete" button doesn't belong to the wpForo plugin. It comes from the active theme.

As far as I understand from the screenshot the delete button, allows removing a background image, or something else. In any case, it's not visible for regular users but only for admins.

It'd be better if you contact your theme support, they'll better explain to you why the button is there.
