How can editor user to get all notificaitons from user ask questions in forum?
As editor , i hope can know the latest post , so that i can go in to answer the user question

Hi @joeyhan,
The users should subscribe to the current forum/topic to get email notifications. wpForo has many subscription tools and options. e.g Subscription Manager, that can be found in My Profile > Subscriptions page

4) a legal rep replies that they want the case. Director who posted the topic gets an email notification of their reply.
In this case, the he/she should just subscribe to the current topic subscription checkbox
