By default topic URLs contains slugs, But It’s not good if my slugs (titles) contains something that not present in english alphabet.
for example my topic url(I'm chinese):
http://forum.stormfx.cn/community/vfx-ref/%E7%89%B9%E6%95%88%E8%B5%8F%E6%9E%90_april_01-2/
it is very bad!
I want to set my url like:
http://forum.stormfx.cn/community/123/

The 123.. is not informative for Search Engines, current URL is the best SEO friendly way.
Your forum URLs look like this and they are the same on search engines.
Only when you copy and paste it you see encoded text.
