Hi, In Buddypress profile page I can see the Forum tab.

How do I also add or make the forum tab also display on the drop down tabs, from when the mouse is clicked on the members avatar in top right corner.

see eg. in attached photo.

I'm really sorry but I have no clue for this. That's a custom menu and you should ask the menu developers to help you add new menus. We're not familiar with that menu.

I found a plugin that can be used to place tabs in BuddyPress profile location and the drop down menu
