By default it seems that I have to approve every post and topic creation. I wish for users to be able to post without moderator approval every time. The check boxes in 'Usergroups' dont have 'Can Post', Can Create Topic' etc which s where I would expect to see them.

However I see in Settings/Forum Accesses I see these settings. So I have created an Access Level with certain permissions, and re-created the user groups and User Group to the new Access level which allows posts and topic creation by members (it is a bit of a bugger that the access level cant be changed once the User group has been created).

However, I am still being asked to approve new posts and new topics being created by members.

Can someone please tell me how to allow user group members to post without me having to moderate/approve every time.

@sofy

Perfect! Thank you. I did manage to turn moderation off by disabling spam filtering completely. However now Ill go back and re-enable it with the settings suggested.

Awesome, ta.
