i already setup the color for a specific usergoup but it seems it's not showing

Your Screenshot doesn't say anything, please provide more details what have you done, how have done it and what is not working.

The secondary user group does not have an oval shape around it, unlike the primary group, which displays the user group color within an oval shape.

Please provide a URL where I can see your secondary usergroup and write the CSS on that.
