I am running a forum about gambling and recently added complaints thread where players can complain about issues with casinos. When a player complains i want to assign official representative from the casino to help him. I want to mark somehow this representative forum member as an official and give him some kind of badge. Is there some feature that i can use or some Addon that you have developed?
