Please guide , how to back up wpforo data to restore it later

Just export all tables with _wp_wpforo_ prefix in Wordpress Database using your Hosting cPanel > phpMyAdmin Database manager.

Even without backup, if you just deactivate wpForo it'll not delete tables. Only the Uninstall button deletes database data.
