Is this the same sort of thing than "Akismet Anti-Spam" which its the one I have installed and that obviously its not making its job very well?
If so, do I need to delete or at least inactive this one before trying the one in the link?

@jesus All these are beyond the scope of this Forum, you better ask at Wordpress.org. They have a dedicated forum for each and every plugin.
Also there is plenty of information about Wordpress security all over the Internet.
