Is there any shortcode to embed particular Topics List on Home page or other pages? to display like as attached

You can use this shortcode: [wpforo item="forum" id="2"] 

Just change 2 to the forum ID of topics you want to display. You can find forum IDs in Dashboard > Forums > Forums admin page.
