Hi all, I have the Problem that forum members can not change cover picture or Avatar.. and I do not find the proper setting for it.

Please check out the value of the "Min number of posts to be able to edit profile information" option. It's located in the Dashboard > wpForo > Settings > Spam Protection admin page.
