Install both plugin/addon

Got to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets Admin Page

Insert the needed widget in Widgets for Shortcode section (that widget must not be set in other sections except Widgets for Shortcode section)

Copy the widget shortcode 

Go to Dashboard > Forums > Ad Manager Admin Page.

Create a new Banner.

Set Forum Home from Advertise in Forums field

Set Foot from Ad Banner Locations

Insert the copied shortcode in Ad Banner Content

Check Enable option from Publish field and Save.
