i am wondering how can i reset the statistics?
it's showing that i have 2 questions created but i only have 1 question created. I don't know if its a bug or maybe something i did when i set up the forums.

I'm sorry but there is no way to reset statistic, we'll add it in near releases.
aw. ok. so i am stuck with 2 questions and 4 posts.
how do i change my title from newbie to founder?
i put the details in the profile editing section but it shows newbie.
There is an option to enable reputation titles for certain usergroups, you should disable reputation titles for your usergroup to be display custom title. Navigate to wpForo Settings > Members Tab and uncheck/disable Reputation Titles for your usergroup. Screenshot attached:
