This is the Simplified Forum layout. It seems you're using the Extended Layout for all forums. please keep reading wpForo documentation. It has dozens of features you should know before using it. For example, you should know that forums layouts are depended on the Parent Forum (Category) and you can edit and change that in Edit Forum screen.

We'll thank you for letting us know. This is already removed form the default set HTML tags in next version. We're releasing it at at the first half of next month.

Another issue happen when i use emoji, "topic add error", im tried to use this fix:
