Please how do i set up anti spam that will automatically deny unwanted words so google adsense may not ban me...

wpForo 1.2.0 comes with built-in Antispam and Aksimet integration.
Please install Akismet plugin, activate it for your website. Then navigate in Dashboard to Forums > Tools > Antispam admin page and make sure the wpForo Spam Control option is enabled.
Also we're preparing new version of Forum Censor plugin with wpForo Support, it'll allow you filter uncensored words and phrases: https://wordpress.org/plugins/forums-censure/

Okay thanks but now the wpforo available cannot filter words but only file right??

What's the word on the comparability of Forum Censure? The plugin link still says coming soon.
