The icons on the FA are very few and absurd. Please tell me how I can use my own icons.

I made the default icons transparent and put my own icons into the background. but this is not a good way. The sequence of icons does not change when the Forum rankings change. 

Please help me with this.

Unfortunately, I'm not a programmer. When are you considering adding this feature?
